Introduce new class of rewards / achievements:
- Lead
- Tin
- Copper
- Steele
- Platinum (this are for visual) for regular achivements
- Diamond
If you rearage it a little you can coordonate better flags with rewards / achievements:
This way rewards / achievements are better represent with flag rewards:
Wood - flag lvl 0 (lvl = level)
Lead - flag lvl 1
Tin - flag lvl 2
Copper - flag lvl 3
Steele - flag lvl 4
Bronze - flag lvl 5
Silver - flag lvl 6
Gold - flag lvl 7
Platinum - flag lvl 8
Diamond - flag lvl 9
For example:
Combat achievements - wood, lead, tin, copper, stel,e bronze, silver, gold & platinum lvl flag
Social achievements - wood, lead, tin, copper, stel,e bronze, silver, gold & platinum lvl flag
Growth achievements - wood, lead, tin, copper, stel,e bronze, silver, gold & platinum lvl flag
Other achievements - wood, lead, tin, copper, stel,e bronze, silver, gold & platinum lvl flag
Daily achievements - gold or platinum lvl flags;
hall of fame rewards - platinum or diamond / lvl flag; (this rewards are gaved very little time in the game)
Why?
This way those that are active are stimulated to take gold, platinum, diamond flags better.

Wood - 1 village plunder
Lead - 10 village plunder
Tin - 100 village plunder
Copper - 1.000 village plunder
Steele - 10.000 village plunder
Bronze - 100.000 village plunder
Silver - 1.000.000 village plunder
