I still cannot reproduce it, neither on a tablet nor a mobile phone nor browser. The quests are opening as they should but if you should use the mobile version if you are on a tablet or phone as the desktop version is not optimized for mobile devices.

Please delete also the cache and the cookies once and turn off any add-ons or scripts. Does it work with a different browser?

Same issues here ! I'm on Safari..
I noticed the problem just AFTER having assigned a FLAG.. so...

Also i got nobled and had to restart. Now my quest has not changed it shows i still have market at 10 and head quarters on 20.
