This occurs when performing which actions?

its the captcha happening right now ..not been able to get on for 30 mins so far ...this has been happening for several weeks now intermittently as and when captcha comes up for any reason it may be at the time

amongst 40 or so different others so far this time

Finally after waiting 30 mins we are back on.
Happened 12:30 to 1:00 server time 20/01/2019

Happened yet again just random captcha over and over ..the fix deployed has made it occur even more often
