Duplicate: Wrong village count and points in tribe ranking

1. Overview of the bug (description):
   I understand there might be a slight delay in the tribe ranking pages and the actual information, but It's normal for there to be a 42 village gap between the rankings and reality
   
   
2. Steps to reproduce:
   Look at tribe rankings and their actual page and compare.
   
   
3. Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):
   Some tribes are affected, some others are normal.
   
   
4. Browser and Version:
   Chrome 32.0.1700.102 m
