Not a bug: Village HQ Refresh?

I've noticed in other worlds that when a building finishes, the page auto refreshes. Not seeing this happen. When a building gets close to completing, almost done appears in the countdown area but it doesn't go away until you click to another page. If a quest will complete with the building upgrade, the popup window doesn't appear until you click another link to go elsewhere.

Is this a bug??

This is caused by the server load we actually have and not a bug.

No it is not a bug as this is caused by too many server request. As you already found out, refresh tha page, that helps.
