  2. upgraded not efectued
    i was waiting for my troops returnig from farming to complete total resource need to made next level to headquers.
    troops ariived, i click to upgrade to level 5, resource was disaper but building still att level 4.

  3. Steps to reproduce:

    i waited to return troops from farm, then i click to ugrade..
    was a slow conection, and browser load slower
  4. Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):

    1/2 times, second time worked

Well as far as i got you, did you kept in mind, that there is a construction time?

I had this same issue - logging in from my phone. Couldn't get it to replicate consistently.
