Troop manager - create new template -> update and creation
Overview of the bug (description):
If you use the troop manager and manage the templates, a stange thing happens. If you use an existing template, change it and click on "create new template", it will create one and update the old one. This happens if u chose a new name for the template or use the same name.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a troop manager template, click on "copy value toinput" and change the values. Change the templates name or let it, how it is. Now click on "create new template".
