Not a bug: The main menu is not visible

Even with the selected to show the menu option in the settings the system isn't entering the main menu

Steps to reproduce the error:
- Access settings
- Select the option Main menu is always visible
- Check that the bar doesn't appear.

Currently we cannot reproduce the described issue. Do you use any add-ons or scripts? Does it also occur in a different browser?
