In the research overview there are grey buttons where the research is already at maximum (10).
Overview of the bug (description):
On the research overview page there are grey buttons with the tooltip "Not enough resources available" where research level is already maximum (10). But not all all. Only where the resources are low. But the level is already at maximum, thus there is no research possible.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to the research overview and click on the "research icon".
