After a command of troops, each level are the same

And another problem :
I command 1 cavalry ( next screen ).
I refreshed the page ( f5 ), so my levels are updated and it continue to progress.

But here for this screen, i can't take a command of 1 cavalry when i have the ressources.

found : the page is really refreshed when a new unit is created.
