Implemented: recude research: remove confirmation dialogue

when you want to reduce the research in a village you always get a "do you really want to...?" before its in the queue

but actually this isnt needed because if you clicked wrong and it would be in the queue to reduce the wrong research level you could just cancel it again without any harm like losses or anything

and it is really annoying, especially if you want to change some researches in some villages, because you always again and again have to click "ok" before its in the queue..

so i suggest to remove this confirmation dialogue

It still prompts the players to think about it for half a second, in which time they can remember they've got Heavy Cavalry support inbound, so they really shouldn't remove HC level 3. ;o

Sometimes you have no other choice as to change the research levels after nobling enemy villages.

I have to agree, it is annoying, though I assume with 7.0 it'll go away on the demo overview?
