During the tutorial, the big arrow, that indicate the quest to select, doesn't keep its position if scrolling up or down
Repro steps:
1. Finish the previus quest and wait for the arrow to point to the next quest.
2. Without selecting the quest, scroll up or down (easier to see in the HQ when adding a new building to the queue, but it is the same on any other page)
3. The arrow will stick to the main page that is scrolling, instead of keep in position
Reprodution rate: I tried with different quests with arrow and they all have the same problem, every time 5/5
Browser: Chrome 53.0.2785.116 m - same problem also in full screen mode.
