You are on the premium screen where you can either activate the feature directly or save it for later, so without premium points you can't buy items. The inventory itself where all your items are stored can be found in the profile section.

You are not activating an item, but a feature. Go to your "inventory" from your profile to activate it.

Also , here i think is a problem .

You are still in the premium screen, which is not related to the inventory.

You must select a time first to see the other information.

This is not a problem, you have to select a period first and then the buttons to buy the feature will appear.
