Not a bug: Picture of flag missing

   In the village view, menues to the right: the little picture of the flag is missing in the "active effects" menu. Instead there's a standard picture that marks the precence of a picture. I currently use +8% resources (on pc-view)

Did you try to delete your browser cache?
Does it also occur in a different browser?

...and it reappeared after deleting browser cache...
