What does that mean? Can I produce 2 Noblemans at the same time or that I don't have to make a Gold Coin?

It means that you will get the missing gold coins for the next nobleman.

Why not just let every one who really won't bother putting the time in to actually play the game as it was designed to just buy a village for say 200 pp. Some things just should not be able to be purchased!
