Fixed: No message when getting an answer on a ticket

  1. Summary of the issue (title of the post)

    When you´re writing a ticket and it has been answered by a Supporter, you aren´t getting an ingame-mail.

  2. Overview of the bug (description):

    I already saw this bug on many other tribalwars versions and as far as I can remind, it has been fixed after a few hours.
    Now I recognized that this bug appeared again on beta.
  3. Steps to reproduce:

    Writing a Ticket and getting an answer by the Support.
  4. Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):

    Every time you write a Ticket.
  5. Browser and Version:

    Opera 19.0 (newest stable version) [but unnecessary to know cause it´s a bug of the system itself]

It seems that the bug has been fixed, since 16:58 I´m getting a message when having an answer to a ticket (I´m currently writing with the support every 5 minutes about something and suddenly it´s working again)

I just got 5 messages with answers at the ticket system (the answers were originally given about 30 minutes ago ^^)
