is one mistake with this thing...it can`t depend on points
how can a 10000 points player have very low morale on attacking a 100 points player? he loose quickly his troops...this thing isn`t happening in real world
the best choice is being calculated based on time...or removed

The 100 point player will not otherwise have any chance of survival, and to be honest, the 10000 points player should have bigger fish to fry than a 100 point player. ;)

'Moral' is a bad use of words for what is happening there.

I think 'Attack Modifier' is more appropriate for definition of what that formulation does.

Because, if anything, 'moral' would be very high (a bonus to the bigger player) in real life wars if a large opponent attacked a small, weak opponent.

But like Typhi said;

So TW uses this to:
1: try to keep large players from gobbling up little players to give them a chance
2: give the smaller player the chance to defend themselves against a larger player

Or all of your troops are very honourable. ;o

You're right though, it is a mildly misleading term.
