Minor arrow displacement during some of the quests

Going through and doing your first attack quest, the arrow is instantly on the attack button, and not focussing on where to input troops.

Just do the quest.
- Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):
It's a 1 time quest, but it's automatically there.

Opera 11.
