Summary of the issue (title of the post) Merchant bug
Overview of the bug (description): When I issue the offer on the market and someone will accept it, it happens that dealers carry more resources than they can.
Steps to reproduce: Issue a offer (in my case 30 PP for 3000 clay), wait until the other player accepts the offer, see the bug.
Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?): Sometimes
