You get a reward for creating an offer in the market, you can get this reward by offering 1 resource to be swapped for 1 resource. The minimum offer is 10 resources, so you don't actually make a trade, but you still get the reward.

Thread name was supposed to be market reward*!

This is the intended behavior and teaches the player how to trade even if it's not successful.
