Overview of the bug (description):
When setting the rights at the page 'Publicize report' and you first tick 'Show All' everything is marked correct - now you remove the tick - the other ticks are also removed.
If you set the tick again, the other ticks are not setted again and if you make the report public now there are no rights ticked.
Steps to reproduce:
Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):
You can tick the option again and again but you can't set "Show all" again as long as you don't load the page again.
Browser and Version:
Firefox 26.0

Player name: .wtf.
Market: Beta - World 1
