Summary of the issue (title of the post)
I just nobled a village and I now have a maximum possible population of 25440 without it being a bonus village or having any flags equipped.
Overview of the bug (description):
Well there is not really much to add. My guess is that the village had the more population flag equipped upon nobleing and it did not reset correctly.

Not sure, guessing equip population flag and noble village.
Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):
No idea, see above.
Browser and Version:
Opera 12.04 although I am fairly certain that this is a serverside issue.
