Overview of the bug (description):
Our duke is deleted because of inactivity and he left all players as barons. It is not possible to name another duke. When managing rights and saving them a note comes up: "There has to be at least one duke".
If you try to make anybody a duke, the note comes up: "You dont have the right to manage dukes"
Steps to reproduce:
delete a duke while each other member is baron. Maybe it is not necessary that everyone is a baron.
