higher point players

how come a higher point player can attack me and i can`t attack back,surley the 140% difference works both ways.....grrrrr.

did you maybe lose points because he smashed your wall or some other building?
or maybe he nobled another village so he broke the 140% rule which only is true when you send the attack.
