Investigating: Font-size in Headquarters is different (bigger)

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
- After adding a construction in Headquarters to the queue the font-size of the constructions only in the queue changes to a bigger font-size.

Expected situation:
- After adding a construction the font-size should be equal on the complete page.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open headquarters
2. Construct something
3. Overview is refreshing (bigger font-size)
4. Manually refresh again (font-size ok)

The headline of Headquarters is always in a bigger font-size!!

Meanwhile i have seen that it occours only by adding the fith construction. It looks like, that when reaching the end of a loop (4/5) the font-size of the headquarter is replaced with a bigger font
