Feedback 9654: Improvement: Always show PP

We do have now the current ammount of points displayed and yellow + icon.

The icon is meant to be a shortcut to the purchasing page. But honestly, all other icons in the menu stand for something new, like "new mail" or "new post in the tribe forum" or "new inventory item". Even the icon for the competition somehow seems to mean "hey look here something new ans special is here". So my first reaction was "oh, i received some points, check the log!".

So the meaning of Icons is mixed now.

I dislike the function that the whole premium menu point is now linked to the purchasing pop up. I suggest it would be better to only link the yellow + to that pop up.
