Implemented: demolish buildings in the overview

now you can build buildings in the building overview, but you cant demolish them there
so i would suggest a button in this overview to change between build and demolish, so you can also demolish things there
this could be usefull when nobling a lot of villages which are fully build up for example, and then you want to demolish a lot there
