Houses rebuilt on mass, aiming for everyone housed by the end of this turn, current housing should be reorganized so that big families live in big houses. Smaller families or just singular people will have to share housing space until enough houses are built for everyone.
Houses and factories damaged (not ones that are completely destroyed) in the war should be repaired.
Build new factories to dramatically expand the manufacturing sector, I want loads, and loads, and loads of basic manufacturing jobs available to cut unemployment to almost 0.
Prisons should be repaired and some more should be rebuilt to cope with the amount of prisoners we have, I’m assuming crime rates have gone up considerably.
Introduce unpaid prison labor; prisoners have to do basic work for us. If they refuse they will be put in solitary confinement and their sentence will be increased. Prisoners who do a good job in prison labor will have their sentences reduced.

To be accepted into medical training to be a doctor decent Biology grades are needed. I want a 6 month program to train doctors to be of decent quality; during the later three months of the training they will start getting patients however they be easy patients with minimal complications. Then the positions should be a normal tiered system, however for the first 1.5 years after the six month training they should still have some minor training in the more complicated things.
Nurse training should be a lot shorter and rushed just as much.
The health care system will totally government run on medical taxes, however these medical taxes should be fairly high so that it is actually profitable for the government. If anyone questions this then state that the money will be used to get the German health care system back up to being one of the very best in the world.
