Investigating: Browser notifications not showing when receiving an attack or building ready or warehouse full

As you can see I have all the browser notifications checked and turned on in my browser (Firefox 49.0.1). However I haven't seen any notification when I got attacked (happened several times already) or when a building was completed or when my warehouse was full. The only notification I ever get to see is when I receive a PM from someone.

They are, how else could I get a notifications if a new mail arrives ?! You can also see it in the screenshot "Browser Notifications active!".
I just don't get any of the other notifications.

I finally got a notification for a building which was completed but not always.
Still haven't seen any notification when I was attacked.
