Investigating: Achievement isn't counted (not a duplicate)

2. Overview of the bug (description):
   
   Since yesterday, my achievement Succesfull recruitment, isn't counted to my total points. Also I can refresh my previous problem, http://forum.beta.tribalwars.net/showthread.php?3609-Achievement-isn-t-counted - it happened and I haven't had it hidden, I had to hid and re-hid to get it.
   
3. Steps to reproduce:
   
   I believe, that the reason why I have so many problems with achievement is that I have "Years" achievement. Try to have it and get any new achievement, I believe.
   
4. Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):
   
   Every time I get completely new achievement (for example when I upgraded to silver Plunderer from bronze).
