I am able to access all of the premium pages.

I don´t see this Problem... can access Premium area without any Problem

i can join premium page. but i ve 0 premium. is it normal?

I cleared my cache and browsing history and it started working. I'm using Opera.

Clear your cache and history and that seems to fix the problem, same with people who cant turn in quests, although you might find you have been credited for the quests already.

Im running an older version of opera (12.16) and I have not encountered any of the issues that anyone else seems to be having regarding premium or quests.
