I cannot recruit any nobles. I have on in the making but when the time reached 18 minutes left, it froze. It has been that way all day. What should I do. I am waiting to make another but, why wont my first noble be made. TW whats up?

Im going to demolish academy and rebuild and see what happens.

Still did not work, once i rebuilt it it was still stuck on 18 mins. Grrrrr. Any solutions yet ?
