   Received Quest: The burden of leadership
   I'm no Duke within the Tribe so it's not possible to change the discription

   every time even after re-login

This simply occured because at some point you had the crown in a tribe. It doesn't matter if you no longer have it because you started a chain of quests by becoming a leader in a tribe.
