Not a bug: Troops that return from an attack

I have attacked a village and lost all my troops except the Scout's, the Problem is that the Scout's came back with the speed from the Ram's (12 minutes per field) and not with the speed from Scout's (4 minutes per field).

This has always been like this and would be a change request as it isn't a bug.
