Not a bug: Troop speeds

Not sure if its a bug or mistake but my LCav here need 10min for one field, on w73 on .net they need 8min per field and this world has much higher speed?

It should be 2min and 30seconds normally..

0.25 from speed 10, so it is 4 times faster than normal. Normally it should be 2mins 30seconds here.
