Honestly, the support feature is lame, it puts too much information, spaces it out too far almost confusing people into not caring to use it.
Can we get it condensed and changed:

could look like this for example:

one line for the troops and the wall in the attacked village
one line for each attack: date when it hits, and the name of the attack!! very important

That'll work too, I don't mind it prettied up, but the way it is now is just oversized when trying to read, it just needs to be condensed so people can check support needs quickly.

I have like 1000 attacks right now, it'd be dozens of pages long if I tried to use this feature.

I agree 100% with this. I use a script for support requests instead of the ingame feature for exactly this reason. It was a good idea but poorly implemented.

I just realized my member changed the name of the attacks, because the support feature still doesn't.

The support feature should also use the renamed version of the attack, and not just the word attack.
We aren't tagging these for entertainment, it's so we can see ram / noble / sword.

I also agree with this suggestions, it would also be used more if it kept the renaming of the attack when it changed it into the support request. that way people don't get confused when you hit it and send. they know when the nobles are there and can time to snipe without needing any more information.

Thats my renamed one and my tribe would benifit from knowing what the attack is without the player having to take the time out to edit the support request. It's quicker to just mail and say this time and here than use the system at the moment.

Passed on the milliseconds for the Incoming Overview and for the SOS feature - I'm reasonably sure they're already on the incomings shown on the village overview

EDIT: Milliseconds should now be on the Incomings screen.
