Real-time resource updating issue
Overview of the bug (description):
When doing actions in regards to recruitment of troops, the resources do not update instantly, as they do on other servers. This is a two-image explanation.
Steps to reproduce:
Recruit troops. Monitor resources before and after the recruitment.

Every time.
