I dont understeand what mean FARM RULE- Inactive... This world will be without farming?

Farm rule = blocks stacking
For example if farm rule is set to 750, your village gets 750 farm capacity for defending the village per farm level.
Your village's farm level is 30, this means you have 22500 defending farm capacity, any troops over 22500 decreases the defending power of troops. Let's say you supported the village with 20000 spears 10000 swords and 3000 heavy c. it makes a total of 48k farm capacity so they fight at 22.5/48*100% power. which is 46.875% so it acts like 9375 spears 4687.5 swords and 1408 hc's . So if you have 3 nukes coming your way you can send support between nukes for most efficiency, and use spears and swords as priority, if you have to stack. I once killed 68k farm capacity worth of troops because my rival had 26 level farm and no church in range, And I won the battle by killing over 20000 spears 10000 swords and 6000 heavy cavalries with one attack
