Scout recruitment not clearing
Overview of the bug:
After submitting a recruiting order for scouts in the premium recruitment screen, that order is automatically re-entered in the text box after the original order is made. Even after manually deleting the order and making another order of another unit the number is still automatically re-entered in the text box. Does not appear to affect other units but not all units were tested. Clears on exiting premium recruitment screen.
