Pop-up-Window "Archer" in Barracks jumps away, if you try to drag it.

When you click on "Archer" in the Barack to see more information, the pop-up-window jums some centimeters down if you try to drag the window a bit higher.

Got to the Baracks
In my case, there were two groups of units in training
Scroll down (important!)
Klick on Archer (in my case, i have not got the requirements to build them yet)
Try to drag pop-up-winodw higher
