Mass-activating of Village Manager shows 'Action not implemented'
Overview of the bug (description): When I have selected my Village Manager and click on 'Confirm', a red box saying 'Action not implemented' appears and my villages are still unmanaged.
Steps to reproduce: Open the Village Manager and try to activate templates.
Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?): Every time
