Implemented: Highlighting table rows on mouse over

Sitting an account actually, a little bit bigger than mine, I noticed again that it is quite difficult sometimes to find the right figures (troops etc.). So, it would be really nice to have the row highlighted, where the mouse is actually on.

Just an easy change in the code and very helpful for (old) people like me.

I have a lot of knicks in my optic after looking to deep in the bottle.

This has been suggested but I still think it would be a great idea. I don't even have any visual problems and I still get off a line from time to time.

I mentioned mouseover highlighting as well when I passed that one ^ on.
