Fixed: Flag changing display mistake

In my mobile when I change between one and another flag, the effect will change (ie 2% production - 2% defense), but the title will instead not change (production will not change for defense). It'll look like no change has been made.

If you refresh the page, the display will be correct.

Same (I see on another thread) like resources when you recruit units.

Sorry to say again: on my mobile I can't find any bug "template" to write my reports.
