2. Overview of the bug (description):
   
   Usually, we have three different icons as mouse cursor. The standard mouse for most actions, the hand for clickable thing (buttons/links) and the error-sign for not available things.
   
   The following happens without Premium points in use.
   
   Using the desktop style, the mouse cursor turns into a hand, even the feature is enabled. It's clickable but nothing will happen. Using the mobile style on the same feature, the mouse cursor will not change for that button, but change for the text so you can select the text.
   
3. Steps to reproduce:
   
   Login without Premium points and desktop style, switch to the baracks and put the mouse over the decomissioning tab. Now switch to the mobile style and do the same for the button decommissioning. The behavior will not be the same.

On mobile devices you don't really have cursors which can change and if tapping on a mobile device there doesn't seem to be anything wrong here. The mobile version is not meant to be played on a desktop computer as well as the desktop version is not optimized for mobile devices.
