1.Construction Completion Time Incorrect
2.Overview of the bug (description): When constructing new levels of buildings the completion time is incorrect. In my example the farm will be completed in 0:02:02 seconds (today at 20:12:23). Notice the time in the bottom right hand of the screen (2:10 pm) which would make the completion time 16:12 pm - not 20:12:23.
