    When nobled out a tribemate cannot relocate to centre of tribe (not myself trying to relocate)

suicidaltomato is the player.

she was nobled out, and could not chose to restart with the tribe, also badnasher restarted and could not chose to restart with the tribe (not sure if its an option with restarts)

1. You need enough players with a village in the tribe to be able to calculate the center of the tribe.
2. Restart in center of tribe is only possible after being nobled and not via restart.
