Can't cancel constructions in Overviews > Buildings
Overview of the bug : When you're on Overviews > Buildings it is impossible to cancel a construction in the build queue by clicking on the x.
Steps to reproduce : Go to Overviews > Buildings, try to click on the x to cancel a construction, nothing happens. You have to go to the HQ to cancel it.
Reproduction rate : Every time.
Browser and Version : Opera 11.64
