   Cancel recruitment - wrong error
   
   
2. Overview of the bug (description):
   
   If you doubleclick the recruitment cancelation, the error says "Construction assignment not available". As it says "recruitment started" i believe this message is wrong.
   
3. Steps to reproduce:
   
   Start few recruitments and click few times the same cancel-button.
