    The "title"-Tag for the Speed-Up-Buttons in the building queue contains HTML(entities).

    When hovering any Speed-Up-Button (-100%, -50%) in the building queue, the text in the title-Tag that is shown contains HTML(entity) elements after resorting the queue.

    See description.

  4. Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):
    Everytime AFTER resorting the queue.
