add a separate colour for army camps. and add its colour on the colour key.

I think when an 'Army Camp' is started to be constructed.
All players in a certain area, like a 21 x 21 should get a message to inform them of the Army Camp.

ehh, no. That just makes them an immediate huge ass target. I'd prefer to build my army camp undetected and sneaky.

As army camps have been abolished, I think this one would be rejected.
